Make sure that you use your flashcards we made today in class to memorize the 7 equivalent decimals and fractions. These will help you when you have to put fractions and decimals in order AND will help you later in the study of fractions. It really is worth the time to learn them. Make sure you know them from fraction to decimal and then from decimal to fraction. Here they are:
1/2 = .50
1/4 = .25
1/10 = .10
1/3 = .33
1/6 = .16
1/5 = .20
1/8 = .125
